Brand transition: Payrovia is becoming BetterWrk Payroll; Revvalo is becoming BetterWrk CRM. ProcessScout keeps its name as the improvement layer.

## The platform

Four planes: applications; a shared operating model (one canonical customer, employee, agreement and invoice, one identity and permission model, one event stream, one audit trail); ProcessScout as the intelligence layer; and a governance plane covering requirement linkage, tests, approvals, per-tenant feature gates, monitoring and rollback.

## ProcessScout

ProcessScout identifies interaction patterns and application events that indicate process friction — re-entry, repetition, correction, delay, abandonment, escape to spreadsheets, clustered errors. It asks the user about that specific work in context, works back to the real requirement, sizes the problem, and hands BetterWrk an evidenced requirement. Four steps: Observe, Understand, Improve, Verify.

ProcessScout improves processes and software. It is not designed to rank individual employee productivity. No keystroke logging, no general desktop screen recording, no idle-time or activity scoring, no individual league tables. Sensitive fields are masked before analysis. Observation scope and retention are customer-controlled.

AI does the reading, pattern-finding and drafting. It does not decide what ships. Every material change has a named human reviewer and a named customer approver.

3. Run and improve — applications, ProcessScout and Managed Runtime on a recurring basis, with an included Fit Capacity allowance for approved customer-specific improvements.

## The fit promise

Every approved critical requirement is answered as one of: Native, Configured, Integrated, Built, or Accepted exception. 100% of approved critical requirements are accounted for and acceptance-tested before go-live. Do not state that the software will be perfect forever.

## Commercial routes

- Adaptive Subscription — lower upfront commitment; applications, ProcessScout and Managed Runtime billed recurrently, with included Fit Capacity.
- Buy + Assure — upfront BetterWrk Operating Licence plus a continuing assurance and improvement subscription, with self-hosting, qualifying fallback operating rights, escrow options and portfolio licensing.

Fit Capacity is an included allowance for approved customer-specific improvements. Feedback is unlimited. Defects, security fixes and platform maintenance never consume it.

## Governance

Source-controlled: BetterWrk owns most core applications and maintains governed source access to the rest. Tested: material changes are linked to a requirement and pass automated and human review. Approved: sensitive changes to payroll, finance, permissions and contracts require the correct customer and BetterWrk approvals. Reversible: changes are feature-gated, monitored and capable of rollback.
