How it works

Use the software. See the break. Fix it under a gate.

You start with working applications. ProcessScout sees where work breaks. BetterWrk configures, connects, or builds the fix, tests it, and measures the result.

1

Start complete

Day one is not a workshop. It is software already running: CRM, Sign, People, Payroll, Ledger/Finance, Automate. Proven software where businesses are alike; custom fit where yours is different.

2

ProcessScout stays on

ProcessScout is persistent and embedded. It observes how work actually runs and asks when the picture is incomplete. It names breakage. It does not replace the suite, and it does not release changes.

3

BetterWrk ships the fit

Configure first. Integrate what you keep. Build only where the operation is genuinely different. Test. Release behind a gate. Measure. That is the loop — not a one-time project.

Commercial path

Map → Launch → Run & Improve

Land motion is paid. The suite is the product. The runtime is the relationship.

Map

Paid Trail Map or Fit Blueprint

The Trail Map is the paid entry. It is delivered through ProcessScout and exists so you do not guess where the software must fit. The Fit Blueprint is the agreed list of critical requirements BetterWrk will account for and acceptance-test.

A Trail Map is a complete first step even if you stop there. It is not a complimentary audit, and it is not a commitment to Launch until you choose it.

Launch

One-time implementation

Launch stands the suite up in one environment: one identity, one data model, one support relationship. We configure what is already proven, connect what you keep, and build only the differences that belong in the Fit Blueprint.

Run & Improve

ProcessScout Live + Suite + Managed Runtime & Assurance + Fit Capacity

After go-live, the software keeps running and ProcessScout keeps seeing. Managed Runtime & Assurance is the operating cover. Fit Capacity is how approved changes get implemented.

Unlimited user feedback; approved implementation uses Fit Capacity. That is the bound: anyone can report a break. Shipping is paced, gated, and measured.

The gate is the point.

ProcessScout can see a break the same day it appears. That does not mean the software changes the same day. BetterWrk tests the fix and releases it behind a gate so the suite stays one environment — not a pile of silent patches.

100% of approved critical requirements are accounted for and acceptance-tested. Requirements that were never approved are not part of the claim. The software is not promised to stay finished forever; it is promised to stay accountable.
