The BetterWrk suite

The applications your business needs, designed to work as one.

Six applications and one improvement layer. They are grouped here by what you are trying to achieve, because that is how the work is organised — not by which vendor happened to sell you which tool.

Win and manage customers

BetterWrk CRM

Find, work and follow up on leads, then keep the accounts, the pipeline and the promises made during the sale in one place that delivery can actually see.

Where it connects

  • Sends the agreed scope and terms into Sign
  • Opens the onboarding sequence in Automate at signature
  • Gives Finance the billing basis without a re-key

Create and sign agreements

BetterWrk Sign

Create, approve, sign and activate agreements without breaking the customer workflow. The signature is the event that starts delivery, onboarding and billing — not a PDF filed somewhere.

Where it connects

  • Turns a signed offer into an employee record in People
  • Turns a signed agreement into a customer and delivery case
  • Releases the billing schedule to Finance

Manage people and pay

BetterWrk People and BetterWrk Payroll

The employee record and the payment that depends on it, without the monthly reconciliation between two systems that were never designed to agree.

BetterWrk People

One employee record from offer letter to leaving date. Roles, entities, managers, absence, time and the approvals your managers actually use.

BetterWrk Payroll

Run payroll in the country where the work happens. Tax, filings and bank files included. One workspace, each country’s rules.

Invoice, collect and account

BetterWrk Finance

Invoice against the delivery that actually happened, collect against the terms that were actually signed, and account against both. Month end stops being an archaeology exercise.

Where it connects

  • Billing terms from Sign, delivery from Automate
  • Labour cost from Payroll against the same job
  • Collection status visible to CRM before the next renewal

Automate cross-functional work

BetterWrk Automate

Most operational pain does not live inside one department. It lives in the handoffs. Automate runs the sequences that cross them, with named owners, real exceptions and escalation that happens before a customer notices.

Where it connects

  • Listens to events from every application in the suite
  • Carries work to the systems you are keeping
  • Gives ProcessScout the step-level detail it needs to find friction

Continuously improve

ProcessScout

The layer that spans all six. It identifies process friction, gathers user feedback in context, links it to business outcomes and helps BetterWrk configure, connect or build the appropriate improvement.

ProcessScout Illustrative

Delivery leads are editing time entries an average of four days after the work. Invoicing waits for the corrections.

Proposed: capture time inside the delivery sequence rather than as a separate weekly task.

Affects 3 of 5 delivery teams Awaiting Operations approval

A note on names

One master brand, not six.

Some of these applications reached the market under their own names. They are becoming BetterWrk products, and the transition is being done in the open rather than by quietly rebranding a login page.

Existing customers keep their applications and their data throughout. Nothing about a name change requires a migration.

Which of these you need is an evidence question.

A Trail Map documents how work moves through your business today and shows which parts of this suite would earn their place first.
