BetterWrk Sign

BetterWrk Sign turns an agreement into the next step of the business process.

Most e-signature tools end at the signature. A file is produced, someone downloads it, and then a human re-types its contents into three other systems. Sign is built the other way round: the signature is the event that starts delivery, onboarding and billing.

Core use cases

What teams achieve with it.

Get to signature faster

Draft from approved templates and the customer record, route internal approval by the actual risk of the agreement, and stop chasing a document around inboxes.

Start delivery on the same day

Signature opens the onboarding sequence, assigns the owner and creates the delivery case. The gap between “we won it” and “we started it” closes.

Bill what was actually agreed

Payment terms, rates and schedules travel from the agreement into Finance, so invoicing is not an interpretation of a PDF.

Hire without re-typing

A signed offer becomes an employee record in People, with role, start date, entity and pay basis already correct.

Renew before you lose it

Terms, expiry and notice periods are structured data, so a renewal is a scheduled event rather than something someone notices late.

Find any agreement

Every agreement is linked to its customer, its delivery and its invoices. Answering “what did we commit to?” takes seconds.

Integrated workflow

What Sign sends and receives.

This is the part a standalone signature product cannot do, because it does not know what your business does next.

Receives from CRM
The customer, the agreed scope, pricing and the person who negotiated it.
Sends to CRM
Signature status, executed terms and renewal dates against the same account.
Sends to Automate
An activation event that opens the correct onboarding or delivery sequence with a named owner.
Sends to People
Signed offers and employment documents, creating or updating the employee record.
Sends to Finance
Billing basis, schedule, payment terms and any commercial thresholds.
Feeds ProcessScout
Approval delays, classification errors and the handoffs where re-entry keeps appearing.

Adaptation

What ProcessScout changes here.

Agreements are where organisations differ most, so this is one of the areas ProcessScout works hardest.

  • Approval routing that reflects real risk instead of sending everything to legal
  • Clause and template variations for a market or region
  • Classification of agreement types your business genuinely treats differently
  • Handoff rules for what should happen at signature in your operation

ProcessScoutIllustrative

Every agreement is being routed to legal, including renewals on unchanged terms. Legal is the slowest step in 14% of deals.

Proposed: classify agreements automatically and route only high-risk contracts for review.

Enterprise controls

What your risk team will ask about.

  • Permissions. Who can draft, who can approve, who can execute, by entity and agreement type.
  • Audit. A complete trail of versions, approvals, signatures and downstream events.
  • Approvals. Thresholds and named approvers, with escalation when someone is unavailable.
  • Retention. Retention and disposal policies applied per agreement type and jurisdiction.
  • Availability. Covered by the environment-level commitment in your agreement with BetterWrk.
